Technical support 2019 annual renewal

This page is only for NoteSmith 2018 customers. Prices are valid until February 14, 2019, and represent a substantial discount from licensing a program at full retail prices of $349 for NoteSmith, $549 for Pro, and $749 for Net. Programs will be sent within 5 business days by Priority or First Class Mail.

All NoteSmith technical support expires at the end of the calendar year for which the program was published. Renew your support for the next calendar year and receive new program media from the table below. Order an additional activation so you can service your same data on another of your computers for one flat rate.

You should have printed the Help, Renewal Invoice from your current NoteSmith program, with full details to help you choose the matching options below. Using that invoice, find the model you currently license and make a selection from that table. Your credit card will be processed on a secure connection by PayPal. Print this page as a record of what you ordered. Download NSInvoice.pdf only if you cannot print one from Help, Renewal Invoice. Contact Technical Support with any payment questions.

Step 1: Contact information

We mail only to the last address you instructed us to use, not to an address that arrives with your PayPal payment. Specifically inform us using the words "New Address" if you moved in the last 2 years.

Step 2: Model for renewal

Review the 3 tables below, find the model (Net, Pro, Non-Pro) you already have as shown on your printed Help, Renewal Invoice, and choose the renewal you want. Prices are for the calendar year.

2a. Network: You currently license NoteSmith Network 2018

Your paper invoice explains what you will be receiving, what you get for free, and what you do not receive based on your order. You can print an invoice from your current NoteSmith at Help, Renewal Invoice or, only if you cannot print it, download NSInvoice.pdf. By placing your support renewal order, you acknowledge acceptance of the NoteSmith End User License Agreement (NEULA.pdf) and the terms of the invoice. This is a support service renewal, not a product order, and is non-refundable. Please review the Order Form FAQs.

Step 7: Payment

Your credit card will be processed through PayPal and, being a service renewal and not a product purchase, is non-refundable. PayPal will send a receipt to the email address they have on file for you. Confirm with PayPal that they have your correct email address. Due to the volume of orders we process in a few weeks at this time of year, you will not receive any additional receipt. If you have problems with your PayPal account, we cannot help you as we do not have access to credit card information, nor can we process your credit card by phone. Simply mail a check.
