This page is for NoteSmith customers with older versions only.

All NoteSmith technical support expires at the end of each calendar year.

  • A renewal announcement is mailed to all recent customers each November with payment due December 31.
  • We send two emails at the turn of the year or a fax if we have no email address.
  • We mail a postcard reminder in February.
  • The expiring program pops up two warnings at year end to help us ensure we did not miss anyone.

Currently there is no special pricing for renewing your NoteSmith technical support. Go to the NoteSmith new customer page to order a new support plan and receive latest program installation media and manual.

To pay by check, go to Help, Renewal Invoice from your current NoteSmith program or download NSInvoice.pdf from this site.

If you moved during the past year, be sure we have your correct mailing address.
